2020年４月に近所の内科で肝臓にある多くの影を見つけてもらい、紹介してもらったがん拠点病院に緊急入院。血液検査の結果、衰弱が酷く意識混濁もみられ、末期で「できる治療がない」「余命2週間」と言われるも持ち直した、がん闘病中の塾講師(休職中)みことが、がんサバイバーとして患者視点から闘病やがんにまつわる話を発信いたします。 【どんな体験をしたか】 胆道がん（胆管細胞がん・詳しくは肝内胆管がん）が肝臓のあちこちに大きくのさばり、ゲムシタビンとシスプラチンの点滴治療を一年ほど続けた。(2020年5月下旬～2021年6月中旬) 乳がんも見つかったが、胆道がんの方が圧倒的に深刻なので、まずはそちらの治療を優先。 （肝生検、乳生検の結果、それぞれの原発が別だった。） 経過観察をしていた乳がんは、ゲムシタビンが効いたのか小さくなり、言われていた「左乳房全摘出」は回避。（2021年4月） 病そのものの症状と薬の副作用(個人差あり)とで、腹水、幻聴、強い痛み、血管痛、倦怠感、吐き気、便秘、脱毛、味覚障害、食欲不振、指のこわばり、肌の黒ずみ、肌の感覚過敏、耳鳴り、貧血、顔の火照り、じっとしていられず眠れない、などを経験。 ゲムシタビン＋シスプラチンでは、治療効果が得られにくくなったため一旦休薬し、エスワン服用＋ゲムシタビン点滴の治療を開始。３クール目から減量してエスワン単独に。（2021年6月中旬・7月～） ＃自分ごととしてのがん情報発信中 配信者みことは、Amazon.co.jpを宣伝しリンクすることによってサイトが紹介料を獲得できる手段を提供することを目的に設定されたアフィリエイトプログラムである、Amazonアソシエイト・プログラムの参加者です。
